There are several free bike rides — some for a good cause — to choose from this weekend for National Bike Month.

1 National Bike Month: There are several free bike rides — some for a good cause — to choose from this weekend for National Bike Month. On Friday, cyclists will meet at 8 a.m. at Station Square Park, 612 Cleveland St., Clearwater, for a leisurely 4-mile Bike Your City ride that includes free bike lights, a T-shirt, safety information, bike checkups, food and drink. On Saturday at 9:30 a.m., cyclists 18 and older will meet at the Sierra Club Office, 1990 Central Ave., St. Petersburg, for a bicycle ride on the Pinellas Trail to St. Pete Beach to participate in Hands Across the Sand, a worldwide show of support for ocean-friendly environmental policies. Helmets required. Or join the regular weekly Sunday Bicycle Rides, this week taking a tour of Philippe Park in Safety Harbor. Meet at Shelter 5 at 7:30 a.m. Sunday for a 25-mile ride along the waterfront to Upper Tampa Bay Park and back. Helmets are required. (727) 415-8993.

2 RV Show and Family Festival: This trade show lures folks to Raymond James Stadium for a festival including cornhole, football toss, giant Connect Four, appearances by former Buccaneer players Dexter Jackson (Saturday) and Martin Gramatica (Sunday), music, prizes and a look at the Buccaneers Street Team RV. 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Thursday-Sunday. Free entry at the stadium, 4201 N Dale Mabry Highway, Tampa.

3 Bands and Beer by the Bay: This music festival at Safety Harbor's Waterfront Park features a Wings Throwdown (six wings for $5), food trucks, local craft beers and music by Jeriko Turnpike (4 p.m.), the Hard Luck Society (5:30 p.m.), Four Star Riot (7 p.m.) and the Black Honkeys (8:30 p.m.). 4-10 p.m. Saturday. 110 Veterans Memorial Lane, Safety Harbor. Entry is $5.

4 MrENC: The experimental rocker was the frontman of the Dark Romantics. He will be joined by fellow Florida-based bands Lannds and Wild Pines for a free show at 7 p.m. Saturday at Microgroove Records, 4906 N Florida Ave., Tampa. Free. (813) 667-7089.

5 World Day Festival of Cultural Diversity: To mark the United Nations World Day of Cultural Diversity, this celebration salutes Pacific Islanders, Asian-Americans and Older Americans Month in a multicultural festival with ethnic foods, craft vendors, folk music and dance. It will be free, and runs from 1-6 p.m. Sunday at the Mirror Lake St. Petersburg Shuffleboard Club, 559 Mirror Lake Drive N.

    ORLANDO — Christmas has finally come to Hogwarts at Universal Orlando in a new holiday attraction opening Saturday.
